I can say it is the favourite tool for every distro geek. VirtualBox is open source software solution for x86 and AMD64/Intel64 virtualization under the following operating systems:

  1. Windows
  2. Linux
  3. Macintosh
  4. Solaris

Install VirtualBox 4.3.4 In Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 32 Bit Version

1. Download the deb package with the following command.

wget http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/4.3.4/virtualbox-4.3_4.3.4-91027~Ubuntu~precise_i386.deb

2. Install the package with the following command.

sudo dpkg -i virtualbox-4.3_4.3.4-91027~Ubuntu~precise_i386.deb

After the installation is finished, launch the virtualbox with the following command.

virtualbox
