Linux Tool To Know Weather in your City from Terminal

weather-util is a nice command-line utility to obtain weather conditions and forecasts directly from the terminal. Where does this tool get the information? It retrieves and processes METAR data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and forecasts from the National Weather Service.

Install weather-util in Ubuntu and Debian with the following command.

sudo apt-get install weather-util

To find weather information about your city, there is one condition that is a must, your city should have an airport. I live in Tirana, the capital city of Albania. The international Civil Aviation Organization airport code of Tirana International Airport is LATI. How to use the ICAO code with the weather-util command-line utility?
